Now as you are probably all aware, Valentines Day is just around the corner and this year I have a special gift for my husband that I would like to share with you. Now don’t panic, I am pretty sure he won’t see my blog before tonight when I will be presenting him with his gift! 
For the last 2 years he has allowed me to attend the annual Stampin’ Up! Conventions in Sydney and Canberra and this year is no different. I have registered for the Melbourne Convention this year. Now you are probably wondering what’s so special about that…Well we run an Interstate Removal Company, which basically means he is on call 24/7 (literally) plus we have 3 small children so as you can imagine life is very busy. I work part time in the business plus general Mum stuff…and then there is my Stamping love! So for me to go away for 5 days means he will have a lot on his plate.
Now Chris is a bit of a workaholic and although I try to make him, he rarely takes any time for himself. So although we don’t normally do the present thing on Valentine’s Day I decided to organise a bit of an overnight trip to Brisbane to see Top Gear Live (one of his favourite shows – and I don’t mind it either).
So my dillema was how do I present him with the tickets for the show and the flight down? This is what I came up with…
I designed a wallet to hold all of the tickets and bookings etc…It was quite simple to do and I used my grid paper for this. And of course the wallet matches this card…
I’m not sure if you can tell from the photo but I altered the brad on the wallet by embossing it with black glitter and clear embossing powder…a great trick that Tanya first showed me.
